Gymnastics NSW Office Closure


The Gymnastics NSW office will be closed over the Christmas Season from 17th December 2015 and re-open 5th January 2016.

Annual Awards Evening

Gymnastics NSW is excited to announce that registrations are now open for the 2015 Awards to be held on Saturday 6th February! This year’s event will be held at Waterview Bicentennial Park. 

Early Bird Rates are now available until Monday 4th January and Last Chance Rates will then be in place until RSVPs close on Tuesday 19th January 2016!

A Question of Compliance

Use this time for rest and preparation for 2016.
Ensure all Working With Children Check (WWCC) information for all coaches is completed.
Use the  “Gymnastics Safety System” app to prepare and submit equipment safety checklists.

Important Information for coaches planning to attend an Advanced Face to Face Coaching Course in January
Advanced Coaching Course Information
Prior to booking onto an Advanced Face to Face Course the following components need to be completed.
  • Online Advanced Coaching Principles Course ***(including all 5 Workplace Assessment Tasks see below)
  • Online Advanced Gymsport Coaching Course (including Two Workplace Assessment Tasks see below)

 Please upload each assessment task to the LMS as it is completed.
Don’t forget – you will also need to upload you current First Aid Certificate
If you are planning to attend a January course all the above tasks must be uploaded to the LMS by 18th December 2015 for approval.
*** Must be completed if you are planning to do the Advanced Extended Pathway and wish only to complete Module 1 in January.
Once all the above components listed above are completed you will be able to book onto the Face to Face course through the LMS.
