Australia Swims kicks off this week!

As you may already know, between 20-28th January, Swimming Australia and Optus are inviting every Australian to take part in Australia Swims, a nine-day celebration of Australia’s love for the water and swimming. 

Here's how you can get involved!

SWIM AT A POOL
Pools all around the country are embracing Australia Swims, from pool parties, to come and try sessions to inflatable challenges 

find your local pool and see what they are getting up to during Australia Swims. 

SWIM AT A BEACH
Australia has some of the best beaches in the world. From Cable Beach to Margaret River, Bicheno to Port Douglas, explore the beachesyou can take a dip at during 
Australia Swims.

SWIM SOMEWHERE ELSE
Australia has many spectacular hidden and unexpected locations to swim. Waterholes to waterfalls, lakes to lagoons...go off the grid and
discover somewhere else to swim this January.


SWIM AT AN EVENT
Challenging open water swims, dive-in-movies, Optus Junior Dolphin Carnivals and so much more!

Find an event to participate in between January 20-28th and be part of the movement.

 
Pledge your swim to WIN an arena prize pack

During Australia Swims, we've set the challenge to swim a virtual lap of Australia, that's 35,877 kilometers!

So far we've made it to the Gulf of Carpentaria but need your help to keep going! It's easy to contribute your swimming distance between 20-28th January and takes less than 30 seconds. 

Simply click the 'Enter Here' link and fill out the pledge form on the website and you'll go in the draw to win an arena prize pack including a new training swimsuit. Competition closes at 5pm on 19/01/18.
