Melissa Perrine Wins Bronze

Perrine finally cracks the Paralympic Winter Games podium

A near-perfect Slalom by Melissa Perrine and sighted guide Christian Geiger handed the NSW Southern Highlands skier her first Paralympic medal at her third Paralympic Winter Games in PyeongChang.

The Perrine-Geiger team were in 6th place after the Super G component in the morning, and then nailed the Slalom course in the afternoon to win bronze behind Henrieta Farkasova (Slovakia) taking gold, and Menna Fitzpatrick (Great Britain) the silver.
