FIH Reveals 2019 Hockey Pro League Schedule

Lausanne, Switzerland - The International Hockey Federation (FIH) has revealed the full schedule for the inaugural season of the Hockey Pro League which begins on January 19, 2019.

152 matches have been scheduled between January and June across the world as part of this new game-changing competition.

Nine women’s and nine men’s teams will be competing for the Hockey Pro League title, playing eight home and eight away matches throughout the first six months of every year. The top four teams will then compete to determine the winner in a Grand Final later in June.

PALO ALTO, Calif. - A event you won’t want to miss! At the end of January, the U.S. Women’s National Team will be hosting the No. 1 FIH Hero World Ranked The Netherlands on the West Coast at Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif. for a four-game event from January 25-30. This international series will mark USA’s first of the year as they prepare for a competitive schedule leading up to the FIH Vitality Hockey Women’s World Cup in London, England in July.

Kentwell Names Indoor USWNT Roster to Compete at women's Indoor Hockey World Cup

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Following an impressive undefeated performance which included a gold medal at the women's Indoor Pan American Cup (IPA in Georgetown, Guyana, the U.S. Women's National Indoor Team earned their first-ever bid to the FIH women's Indoor Hockey World Cup. Set to take place February 7-11, 2018 in Berlin, Germany, Indoor USWNT Head Coach Jun Kentwell has named the 12-athlete roster and 2 traveling alternates to make the trip.

USWNT Finishes Top of Pool B Following Strong Scoring Performance Over Brazil

LANCASTER, Pa. - Following a 4-0 win for Canada over Mexico in the previous 2017 women’s Pan American Cup game, the U.S. Women’s National Team knew coming into the match they needed to have a strong scoring performance over No. 41 Brazil to place themselves at the top of Pool B. Packed stands at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa. witnessed four different goal scorers, featuring a hat trick, contribute as USA went on to earn a 9-0 victory over Brazil.

Semifinals With Win Over Chile

LANCASTER, Pa. – The U.S. Men’s National Team reached the semifinals of the 2017 men’s Pan American Cup following a 3-1 victory over Chile. Both No. 26 USA and No. 27 Chile came in to tonight's match with three points, making the third and final pool play match essential in securing an advancing spot in the tournament.

Two-Time Olympian Michelle Kasold Retires from USWNT

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Following a decorated playing career with the U.S. Women’s National Team, midfielder Michelle Kasold (Chapel Hill, N.C.) has announced her retirement from the program. Achieving a total of 227 international caps wearing the red, white and blue, Kasold has received impressive hardware during her ten years. Those accomplishments feature four golds, one silver and one bronze medal to accompany the team’s highlight performances with a fourth-place finish at the 2014 Rabobank Hockey World Cup in The Hague, The Netherlands and fifth place finish at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

LANCASTER, Pa. – June 30, 2017 – The upcoming men’s and women’s Pan American Cups (PAC) will take placeFriday, August 4 through Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa. The U.S. Men’s National Team’s opening pool play match is slated for Friday night at 7:00 p.m. EST versus top Hero FIH World Ranked opponent Argentina. The U.S. Women’s National Team’s opening match will be played Saturday, August 5 at 7:00 p.m. EST against Hero FIH World Ranked No. 30 Mexico. A full PAC schedule can be found by clicking here.

Dynamic USA Forward Paige Selenski Retires from U.S. Women’s National Team Program

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - May 24, 2017 - Olympian and U.S. Women’s National Team veteran, Paige Selenski (Shavertown, Pa.) announces her decision to leave the international pitch after seven years on Team USA's roster. The 5'7 fiesty forward collected a total of 142 internatioanl caps, along with the global recognition as one of the sharpest shooters for red, white and blue.
