After going down 11-10 in a tight contest last week to Minor Premiers Easts, Uni will take on a resilient Souths side who came from behind to beat Brothers 35-33 in last weeks Minor Final.

Uni have split wins during the season with Souths going down 25-17 in the 1st Round and securing a 36-26 victory at home in the 2nd Round.

Premier Grade kick off on Sunday at 3:05PM

In just over 8 weeks 46 UQ Tourists will head to the UK for a trip of a lifetime.

During their trip they will play Loughborough, Oxford and Cambridge while also attending three Wallaby pool matches.

Plans are being put into action following on from a successful 7’s campaign in 2014/15 last time round, headed up by former Australian 7’s representative and current Premier Grade backs coach, Andrew Brown.

The 2015/2016 season will see the UQ Rugby 7’s Men’s team accompanied by a Women’s and Under-18’s team.
