It's the final round of the Mitre 10 Heartland Championship for 2016! At the end of this round, the teams ranked 1-4 will play for the Meads Cup and those ranked 5-8 will play for the Lochore Cup. Details of those semifinals will be issued once confirmed.

This update features all your Mitre 10 Heartland Championship information for the week: match officials, resources, previews of the upcoming week's action and official results. Provisional results will be available on heartlandchampionship.co.nz following each week's matches.

TIE BREAKS AND PERMUTATIONS

It’s a tight race to the finish in the Mitre 10 Heartland Championship, with nine teams competing for eight semifinal spots and finishing positions for all the teams still to be determined. Check out the tiebreak rules and our guide to who to cheer for to see your team earn the highest-possible finishing spot.
