Vibrant colours, spark galore and bags of fun was the order of the day for the Opening Day of the South of Perth Yacht Club 2014/15 Power Season and it is that theme of fun and camaraderie which carries through with the Time Triallers for the entire season.

Glamorous Miss Ded a Del Introduces Power Boat Owners to Time Trialling at Swan Yacht Club
Nigel & Janine Douglas provided their beautiful 16 metre boat 'Miss Deb A Del' to take the prospective Time Triallers on the Swan River to give them an idea of what is involved in the sport of Time Trialling. With approximately 390 boats in the marina, many members were unsure of exactly what is involved and were pleasantly surprised to learn that it was not all about a large powerful boat.

Ten Minnows Make the Cut for Development Squad Announced at Mandurah Easter Regatta 2014
2014 A School of Minnows of 24 Minnows made their way to the Mandurah Easter Regatta this year for training and the opportunity to earn themselves a place in the Minnow Development Squad. 24 minnows competed in the respective gold, silver and bronze fleet at the annual training regatta.

2014 Mirror State Championships Decided at Safety Bay Yacht Club
Seventeen Mirrors contested the 2014 State Championships held in two series; the first series of four races at Maylands Yacht Club on Sunday 17th October in light conditions and the second series held at Safety Bay Yacht Club over the last weekend in March 2014.
